I’ve been going to the same nail tech for 10 years, so trying a new place felt intimidating but Jessica immediately put me at ease. She was amazing and walked me through the differences between dip powder (what I usually get) and builder gel without any pressure or upselling. Everything was explained clearly, including pricing, before we started- which built trust right from the beginning and meant a lot to me. I ended up doing a builder gel full set with French and a small design, and I absolutely love how they came out. The total was $85, which included dip removal, builder gel full set, French upcharge, and the design — very fair for the quality and transparency. So happy I gave this place a try. I’ll definitely be back, and highly recommend Jessica if you’re looking for a nail tech

Incredibly great service by the amazing team! They truly listened to what I wanted and paid close attention to my needs. Despite it being late, they went above and beyond to accommodate me, which I genuinely appreciated. It’s always such a pleasure to visit for my manicure and pedicure. Highly recommend for anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing experience .

The first time I came to Lotus nails it was for my wedding nails. Hannah did such an amazing job replicating the reference photo I gave her that I keep coming back. Every time I show her a picture of what I like she takes the utmost care with the design and the result is always even better than the reference photos! She is the sweetest, most professional nail artist I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.

I wish I remembered my technician's name.. she did an OUTSTANDING job. I mean I've never had someone be so meticulous with my pedicure, the massage was not rushed, it was actually incredible. At the end of my service I find out she's new! She earned a loyal client. Everyone was friendly in this establishment.

Favorite Quincy nail salon! I’ve had my nails done by almost every staff member at this point since I go monthly, and not one bad experience. Friendly, efficient, and affordable! They even had a recent renovation, so it’s very clean and updated inside.
