When I came to Ben with multiple back issues, I really didn’t feel like doing anything due to my pain. I had tried multiple epidurals and a spinal ablation, with no success. After just a few sessions with Ben, I began to feel relief. I am now at the point where I am pain free much of the time and when I do have discomfort, it is much more tolerable. Ben was very thorough in evaluating my situation, providing gentle manipulations (never any pain involved) during my sessions, and giving me very simple, yet effective, exercises to do at home. After a week of doing dentistry, drumming and workouts, my 58 year old shoulder was not happy. The pain kept me awake at night and Ibuprofen wasn't helping.
