I visited Longevity Lounge Spa yesterday for an IV drip and had a great experience. The space is gorgeous, calm, and super welcoming. Dr. Novak was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt well cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Longevity Lounge for years! As soon as you walk in, the space is absolutely gorgeous & darling. It’s the only place I go to detox, whether it’s for colon hydrotherapy, or the infrared sauna. The therapists there are all so educated & make you feel so comfortable in the process. Longevity Lounge is one of the best holistic spa’s in Pacific Beach!! The owner, Rachel, is one of the kindest, most knowledgeable individuals I’ve met in this area. Her team is welcoming & her spa offers so many outstanding services from ELT lymphatic drainage, facial & body cupping, infrared saunas && colonics.
