L'Occitane en Provence

So today I took my children to trick or treat at the the mall. There was one store out of all them that always had the longest line. Well I found out why the line was taking so long. These 3 women were gatekeeping the candy demanding children say trick or treat? All 3 of them took part in belittling children and demanding verbal answers before providing candy! What about the non verbal children? What about children who have social anxiety and are having a blast until they get to your store to be harassed to say trick or treat. The one on the left said said to my child “ how bout you? can you say trick or treat nicely”? … Um excuse me? What is considered nicely to you ma’am?” …. And I heard the one on the right tell a young girl, (who did not speak English as a first language) say…. “come o

Karen is the absolute best! She is so sweet and knowledgeable. Doesn't bombard you, answers questions, checks on you via text message. Feels like you're trying on skincare with your sister or Aunt. She's the best. Nothing can ever happen to her or this store!! Five stars!!!!!!

My mother and I came into the store today and Mary helped us out. She was very informative and helped find what specially my mom was looking for. She also recommended something for me. Mary obviously has a vast knowledge of the brand and I found that really helpful. She also seemed happy to be there and was easy to talk to. TBH the 5 stars are for Mary!

Outstanding customer service by Sarah and Catherine! Very impressed by this store experience and product options.

The products have pretty packaging, lotions and creams moisturize your skin exceptionally well which is my favorite part of L'occitane but the customer service rep I encountered in store was quite pushy which was quite unexpected. Definitely an area to work on as pressuring your customer will not influence them to buy products but actually repel them away.
