L'Occitane en Provence

I stopped by the L'Occitane boutique at the St. Johns Town Center this evening to pick up an online order, and I was immediately impressed. Even for a simple "click and collect" transaction, the level of service was outstanding. I was instantly greeted by the three beautiful, sweet ladies working tonight, and my order was perfectly packed and ready to go. What truly made the visit special were the thoughtful, luxurious touches. The subtle spritz of perfume on the tissue paper was such a beautiful, elegant detail that absolutely did not go unnoticed. Additionally, they included a cute little sample bag complete with a handwritten "happy holidays" note. Those little touches are what turn a routine stop into a genuinely great shopping experience. 100 ml was $65 a few years ago. Then 100 ml $85 last year. Now 50 ml is $85. I won't be buying L'Occitane anymore. They can blame it on tariffs, Trump or pil prices to ship to US. Nothing can justify those changes in pricing.

Avoid like the plague. We had the most terrible experience in there today and unless you want to be treated like garbage, I highly recommend finding another location to purchase from.

Ladies! You absolutely have to visit this boutique when seeking retail therapy at the St. John's Town Center. Their products are if the highest quality and the service is astounding! I met the whole staff when I visited. Even though the process are a little steep, they are always running a special of some kind. Nothing in here is too overpowering to the nose. And every product that I've tried I've been satisfied with.
