L'Occitane en Provence

My experience at this store was unpleasant. The ladies working there weren't very helpful and did not seem knowledgeable at all about the stock in their store. I had to keep approaching them in order to receive help. I found this very odd as the workers in the Arcadia location were very attentive and helpful, whereas in this location the workers did not want to lift a finger to help and acted snooty. Additionally, I asked one of the sales associates if they carried a refill of their body soap (the 16 oz). The sales associate stated that they did not carry that product at all and did not know what I was talking about. It's a good thing I decided to look closer, as they actually did carry the soap which the worker seemed very surprised by. Overall, the lack of professionalism, product knowle

Had the greatest experience here with the associate working: Susan. She was SO helpful, was informing me of all the great deals and was helpful in all aspects during my visit. I HIGHLY recommend this spot as the ambience, product, and customer service is definitely off the charts! Thank you Susan!
