She was so kind, patient, and professional from the moment I sat in her chair. You can tell she has a lot of knowledge about locs, and she took the time to explain things in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident in her work. She did an amazing job on my hair, and I couldn’t be happier with my final results. We absolutely love coming here! She does a phenomenal job on my daughter’s locs every single time. Not only is her work beautiful and neat, but she is incredibly patient, gentle, and intentional with how she works — which means everything to us. My daughter is on the autism spectrum, and finding a loctician who is truly sensory-aware and accommodating has been such a blessing. She creates a calm, supportive environment and moves at a pace that makes my daughter feel safe and comfortable. That level of care is rare. Olivia is the best! I started my loc journey about a year and half ago, but I have been going to Olivia for almost a year, and my locs has flourished so much in a small amount of time. So happy that my sis put me on! The service, the generosity, the realness, and the hospitality has been awesome.
