Beau Nails

i paid a little more than i wanted to/felt my nails were worth but Tina did execute the style i wanted perfectly $55 + $5 tip = $60

They rush when doing your toes and nails. They only care about the customers not walking out because its only three of them working. My nails have dents in them, and they shake while doing your hands and feet because they are rushing. The "they" are the two ladies, and both of them shake. I cheated on my nail tech and didn't get my monies worth. I will never go back. The polish on my nails is ugly, and the application of the acrylic is terrible. I will not be returning.

I tried this place after reading the reviews. I usually go somewhere else, but since I was nearby at the beauty supply store, I tried this location. First off, I LOVE MY NAILS. She did an excellent job on what I wanted. I’m VERY WELL PLEASED. I also appreciate their pricing, and like the fact that because it’s affordable, doesn’t mean they give you cheap service. I also received an eyebrow wax, and although my eyebrows are perfect, the experience is rough. She isn’t gentle at all, with the tweezing either. The salon isn’t the most prettiest, but it’s clean enough, and I watched them sanitize properly after each client. The customer service is okay, it could be better, but I think depending upon the language barrier it can be great or just good enough to get you through. I would recommend t

This establishment was very unprofessional and rude. Me and my Mother walk in and was not even greeted then we sat for 30mins just for the nail tech to play on her phone until the man that works there had to tell her do something. Then we was overlooked . I DO NOT Recommend. Black women dont spend your money where your not wanted!

I didn’t catch the young ladies name who did my nails but she’s the first nail tech soon as you walk in! I showed her a picture of what I wanted she was a little skeptical of attempting the design. Buttttt when I say she perfected exactly what I wanted and let’s not forget you can’t beat their prices!!!
