I wasn't allowed to try on the 20"-22" wig, but I could try on the 26". I purchased 20"-22" and took it home. It's not the same wig at all. It's more like a 16"-18", wrong density and has 10" layers in the front, but the other wig has none. They will not let me exchange it and pay the difference for the wig I tried on thats on the mannequin. SCAM!!!!! Check your wig and hair before walking out.

So May 8th I purchased this hair in advanced for a trip that I was taking. But when I purchased the hair their was 3 African American ladies behind the counter that pointed me in the direction to this hair I asked her was it actually human she told me yes because she had used it before and I also asked her could it be colored and would the curl pattern still be there she told me yes to both questions. So I proceeded to buy the hair just and I spent $160 on this hair!!! So on the 28th of may I placed some burgundy dye on the hair left it on for no longer than 20 minutes and once I rinsed it off the color came off as well and it turned hot pink as you can see in the pictures below and it became gummy started to shed and became very tangled!! They have absolutely everything in this store. The prices are great and the staff is friendly. They don’t follow you around and harass you and they will help you with anything you need

JENYY I love to shop here but see your staff at the forest hill location on Mansfield THEIR ATTITUDES SUCK!!! everybody on the phones while you trying to get help and it always gives off that you are a bother!!! Also there is sale signs all over the store and they don't honor the prices the worker literally snatched the sign down in front my face and told me whatever it rang up as is the price even though it was $10.00 off per the posted sign!!!!! I love shopping here but some customer service training is needed. It’s not all the locations the Ducanville location customer service is 1000% better
