If I could this store no stars, I would. VERY RUDE!! SCREAMED AT ME! TO not try on wigs, but I wasn't trying in anything, lol. I was looking at the wig caps, and the lady flipped out on me. I tried to explain to her that I wanted to know what wig caps they were so I could buy some. (They are better quality than what i have), she didn't understand or care to even try to understand me. I told her that she was acting crazy for screaming at me and she flipped me off and said have a wonderful day!! LMAO wow! Ok! Not very professional. And yes, for those wondering I flipped her off back!

When wigs are being sold, they must be tried on by the customer. How else will they know which ones to choose or if the wig will even fit? This lady said, no try on wig here…. So I left. I will never return to give my money to people who clearly hate the sight of their customers. I wouldn’t spend a dusty penny at this place. It really sucks when small minded folks put a whole group of people in one screwed up category. So my good nature and me being super respectful to that store clerk and the fact that I was going to spend money there meant nothing. She didn’t even care that she lost a sale. There was no verbal altercation. She said, no try on wig and I left but the message SHE sent was very clear. This place does not present an experience that I would want to give customers. The interior really needs to be improved. The exterior is covered in posters and other nonsense. It just looks dirty. This place is a prime example of that some customers will accept anything.

Price is to pricey, Not many options, and the Chinese woman that works there is not to friendly to customers...
