ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I just started using the facilities last week and I must say it’s better than I had imagined. Take a look at the picture of this little cubicle office that I’m using. I’ve got a great 20 pack that I use when I can come over here and I’m not traveling. They even have the elevated desk. When you walk around, it’s got this really cool big city vibe within a small town like Jacksonville. All the pods are really cool and they put a tremendous effort into keeping the place well stocked with coffee sodas and that’s all part of the package. Mike, the owner, went above and beyond building the best share workspace I’ve ever seen, and I’ve traveled all over the United States building various companies. I travel for work alot, staying in one location a month or two, using We works or whatever... LionShare is hands down one of the best places I worked from. The architecture of the inside of the building is done so week, really interesting setup. All the single person desks are in pod type rooms, which are super comfortable and soundproof.. easy to focus but still plenty of day light. Michael and Keeley are really helpful and accommodating. Michael does a great job keeping the perfect balance between professional and family atmosphere. I'm going to miss this place when I leave Jax, I'll make sure I come back when I'm in the area.

I was in town for vacation from Arizona, before hotel Check-in and needed to get online for a mandatory work training. I am so thankful I found Lionshare. It was inexpensive, very professional and exceeded my expectations. Keely at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. I was short on time and anxious to get situated. She was very personable and got me quickly set to go. The kitchen has complimentary drinks, the offices are very comfortable, restrooms are clean. Overall a fantastic experience.

A truly spectacular work environment. The decor is beautifully curated and visually impressive, creating an inspiring atmosphere. the amenities are wonderful and thoughtfully provided. This is a beautiful space that makes working here a pleasure.

My coworkers and I have been renting a unit from Lionshare for a few months now and we can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They are more than happy to help you with whatever you need. The owner is very friendly and personable with everyone here. The units are all clean, well lit, and spacious depending on the size of your team. Highly recommend Lionshare of you're looking for a professional, well designed, and modern co work space.
