Easy to locate and always clean. There's usually some kind of security wandering around, on and off the trolley. It has benches to sit under a pavilion while you wait for the trolley. Handicap accessible ramps and trash cans for easy toss away.

It's a trolley stop. Better than some but not as good as others. Some people get on the trolley here, then they usually get off later in the day. Or vice versa.

The height limit along coastal San Diego was well thought out so too the giant infill near trolley lines I don't want to see a blanket remission of the height limit but around trolley stops with infill commercial zones and residential and truck docks and storage must all be considered only adding residential I don't think is a good idea I think even if less profitable a mix more sustainable and hopefully every year move the height limit trolley zone a few meters out starting with like I don't know how many tenths of a mile still leaves some of our view corridors and remember the airport.
