Imagine a structure, standing quite tall, a basic office building, not fancy at all. With windows that shimmer in sunlight's embrace, it's decently maintained, a standard workplace. Inside, the hum of the daily grind, where tasks are completed, and deals are signed. No grandeur or flair, just function and form, a shelter for work, from dusk until dawn. It's the essence of practical, through and through, a testament to what simple upkeep can do.

Although conveniently located, this garage is suffering from lack of management. They replaced the manned tollbooth with automatic tollbooths, including a prepay one. The pre-pay one has now been broken for two weeks, with no sign of repair. Tonight both exits were not functioning and cars were backed up several floors below. Although I left at 4 PM, it took over 20 minutes to exit the garage. The attendants were scurrying around and trying to work hard, but nothing worked. All they really needed to do was manually open the gates and allow cars to exit without paying. It was very poorly managed and really displayed a complete lack of understanding of customer service as they insisted on collecting each payment when none of the equipment was working. I will avoid parking here from now on.
