Lightheaded Studio

I have been coming to Lightheaded since I moved to the Richmond a couple years back and it has always been a great experience! The barbershop itself is very spacious and accommodating, with a comfy couch if you come early. The appointment booking process is online and relatively painless. I have curly hair (2C/3A) and have been burned before by barbers who don’t know how to deal with the cowlicks etc, but Emerson has never let me down. He has good suggestions for when I want to try out something new, and his fades and tapers are hella clean. And best of all, he has very reasonable prices…can’t recommend this place enough!

Emerson is such a great barber. Honestly can’t find a better barber in sunset who can do more urban-style cuts. Since moving to the sunset, this is my guy !!

Lightheaded Studio is the best spot to get your hair cut in the Outer Sunset. Emerson is great.

He’s my barber. I get exactly what I asked for. Very clean fade and everything. If you want a specific style, talk to him and he’ll give you what you want.
