Lan did an amazing job with my eyebrow threading! She really took her time and gave my eyebrows a nice shape. The room was nice and warm and she also gave me a few skincare recommendations to consider.

Lan was nice and I have no doubt an expert in skincare but I don’t think I’ll be returning to this Lifespa because I feel she was predatory with service sales. The other staff were very kind and the location is great—to clarify. In the economy I am unemployed and went in for a custom facial for $150 and came out with a bill $350. I felt extremely pressured to add additional services, which I did cave and did an extra “stem cell hydrafacial” thing and lip and eye treatment. She also made me feel extremely insecure about my blonde peacefuzz on my face which nobody ever (no esthetician, waxing service, or threading service) had ever mentioned was an issue because everybody on earth has this and not everyone cares to “dermaplane” it which is another service this spa offers. It felt predatory

Tien and Michelle are simply the best! Tien is the most talented colorist I've ever had. I get many compliments. And, Lan is highly skilled in their spa, as well. You cannot go wrong with this team!

As every woman knows, a great stylist is hard to find. Fortunately, I found master stylist Patrizia S. Mccrosson, who has been styling my ever-changing hair since 2010. When Patrizia moved to Life Spa at Lifetime in Reston, I followed her there because she is simply the best. As a former political reporter, I often did on-air commentary, and it was important for my hair to look professional and stylish. There were times when I had to call Patrizia at the last minute, but she always made herself available, and miraculously managed to make my over-processed hair look smooth & bouncy. In the past 15 years, she has styled, cut, colored & highlighted my difficult hair through various style changes, and she is always patient with my ideas, giving me expert advice on new styles, colors & trea

Have had my hair cut and colored here for years as well as full Keratin treatments. Tien and Michelle are my go to experts. They are fast, knowledgeable, and terrific at what they do. Highly recommend them and this spa for hair services.
