Outrageous policies and customer service!! I couldn’t show up for my appointment and didn’t confirm it 2 days before. I was traveling overseas and didn’t get the call or a voicemail. The manager Kat still went ahead and charged me $90, couldn’t even do a first time courtesy. I won’t be a client here any longer!

Love this spa and hair salon! Brittany does my cut and color, and also cuts my daughter’s hair. Great work, very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Happy every time we go! Another perk is you get a day pass to use the gym and locker room facilities for free the day of your service so I always like to come afew hours early and get a workout and steam in.

Nir is wonderful! Helped me understand where my pain was coming from, what to do about it at home, and the massage was 10/10. He’s skilled, knowledgeable, and kind. Will be back!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon and would not recommend it to anyone. From the beginning, I had a consultation with my stylist where I was very clear about what I wanted, a blended, low maintenance balayage. I even showed pictures of what I did not want, specifically stating that I didn’t want a look similar to highlights. My stylist agreed and recommended a balayage, so I scheduled an appointment. When the day of my appointment arrived, everything seemed fine until the final result. The moment I saw my hair, I knew it wasn’t what I asked for as it looked exactly like highlights, which I had explicitly said I did not want. I expressed my concerns right away, but instead of acknowledging the mistake, my stylist reassured me that it would “look more like what I ask

This salon was recommended to me by a good friend, and I wish I found them sooner! Danielle does an excellent job and always takes her time! I will definitely be exploring ALL of the services they offer :)
