My first visit was good. The pricing is affordable, my pedicure was well done. You can pay for additional feet massage time which I really liked. I went back again the service was mediocre. Went back and decided to get a manicure, the heavier set lady was rude, rough and appeared to hate her job. I won't go back.

The rudest unprofessional salon, I have ever been in. lThe full figured, I won’t even call a lady. Has the nastiest attitude.This place should close! No one was nice the manicure was horrible. How hard could that be to do? Stay away from this place! They don’t deserve a star.

I usually go to Relax Spa and Nails in Schererville but I didn't have much time this day. I only came here to get my acrylic nails off. I don't know the ladies name but she was on the thick side. She clipped my nails. Then proceeded to take a nail file and literally rip the fake nail off my real nail. My nails are still messed up and probably will never be the same. The part under my nails go so deep and are still red and its been about a month. I would never go back. Just don't come here. Look at the reviews.

Went to Li Nails in So Holland, IL on 7 /24 for a mani/pedi. My nail tech was Lee and she was VERY heavy with her hands. At times it was painful but that was not the worse that happened. Within 2 hours of leaving the shop my Nails started to chip. I was doing some shopping and was very careful not to hit my nails on any thing. By 9 pm the polish was almost totally off. $35 was a lot to pay for a manicure that didn't last even 1 day. I picked a OPI color but I'm convinced they are not using genuine OPI products. They are filling the OPI bottles with a cheaper polish because genuine OPI products do not chip. If you want your polish to last you have to pay $65 for no chip polish, Really! I ignored the reviews when I read them, wish I had not. I would give them a -5 stars if I could. Peo

I had been going there for months, went yesterday the young girl was busy so I had someone else do my pedicure she was rude and trying to half do my feet, so I stop her. She immediately got an attitude. And the girl that normally do me said I can only do your pedicure and you can come back for your nails tomorrow, after I had been sitting there for over an hour waiting for her so I decided to go somewhere else. I don’t have to patronize your business when you are rude to your customers never to return again there’s too many nail shops in Illinois.
