The Male Assistant Manager is very friendly and helpful. The female Manager is HORRIBLE AND HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE ‼️ Whenever she's in there I refuse to shop there I live in South Holland so it's very convenient for me to shop here. Whenever she isn't there the other women who work there are very sweet it's just the Manager TIFFANY THAT'S THE WORST.

this store stinks, it smells like mildew and old mold. and then to make it worse they keep spraying fabreeze or aomething to mask the smell. it gives me a headache. somebody needs to see if they have a water leak or something because it REEKS.

She is very Inconsiderate and careless just like she looks.When I ask to speak with the owner’s she said no they Korean an don’t speak English. So I guess she thinks that gives her the right to treat people with no respect an unfairly. She calls herself the general manager and has no customer service or management skills. First she overcharged me for something that was clearly mark on 10 different items as the set price. An then she purposely kept the item that I paid for without me even noticing until I made it home. I called back an ask her did she keep my item she kept me on hold for a while. An then came back to the phone and again so carelessly she said “Yeah

Nice little neighborhood store, sometimes you can find items there that are not at the larger beauty supply stores.

I went in with my face completely covered by cloth, But it wasn't the face covering they preferred. One of the employees directed me too their over priced mask, I declined to buy because what I wanted was already in my hand. so I was completely dismissed and refused service. Did not start any issues and left so here I am telling everyone that if you can go too another beauty supply, do so.
