Pro Nails

I will not be returning to this salon. I’ve been a customer for a while, even though the shop has never been very clean. A few days ago, I paid $106 for a service, and my nails chipped shortly afterward. When I returned, I calmly showed Jay the issue. Instead of addressing it professionally, he told me my nails “look old,” even though I had just been there two days earlier. When I asked about changing the color, he quoted me $10. I placed the money and a $5 tip on the table, and he responded rudely, questioning what it was for. He then refused to look at proof of my recent visit and pushed my hand away at the front desk, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Not my first time here but definitely my last. Got a basic mani/pedi cat eye gel toes/clear hands $75. Asked 2 people were there any price differences with the cat eye and neither shared that it was so I was surprised at the register. It’s not posted anywhere…I checked. Additionally, my manicure was uneven and without massage. Lastly, not enough English speakers present to answer questions which was the ultimate problem. Just an overall bad experience for me so I will not be returning and do not recommend. There are other…better options.

Today my mom paid for my nails. The person at the front desk gave her an amount which she paid. As we were walking out, she asked if I got my feet done. I said yes I got a color change & it was on my ticket. Then 3 employees began very unpleasant and unprofessional dialogue about it. My mom paid her again & let her know she paid was she quoted her. As we were walking out again, another employee comes up and makes a comment about me getting overlay. I said yes, I did get that. He begins to have a short unprofessional back & forth with me. All this over the mistake YOUR front desk person made?? Not to mention my nails do not look good as they all look different and were shaped poorly 🤷🏾‍♀️ I will be going back to my shop who values customer service and doesn’t treat people poorly. If you looking for the basics it’s not all that bad but I just would never do a pedi there anymore my toes look like a toddler painted them forreal and they couldn’t figure out how to match the color I wanted. My nails are tea, he did a good job matching the color I wanted and he was gentle with my nails, however he overcharged me on the slick side. I asked for the price before I got there they told me 40 and he charged 50, I guess that was gratuity lol. It was cool for what it was but I’ve had better, I definitely wouldn’t travel across the city to come here though .

Jay is ridiculously rude & violent. He had the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. He made me pay twice after threatening me & poking my hand violently. I had to call the police because I feared for my life . Please don’t even walk inside.
