Li Ly Nails

They rushed my nails. Initially, I wanted a full set and toes polish with a tip. She became upset because she had to add the tip. Then She made her husband polish which seem like a very rush job. Polish was on my skin and spotty. I ask them to fix. Here’s the result. It’s Mother’s Day weekend and they could not get it not get it right.

Went to get mine & my daughters nails done. They were very friendly. But they hurt me AND my kids fingers, leaving burn & cuts from filing and drill. As you can see I was going for a special look. He was very accommodating for trying. But the black tips are uneven and EVEN thicker than the rest of the nail. And there was a lot of residue from the acrylic as well as polish left on my actual fingers. Also, I'm in the nursing field & told him several times i needed my nails to be short. He continued to tell me I needed longer to look right. Last time I checked... No one else ever said they couldn't make my nails pretty just bcz they're short.

I use to come here years ago like 2011 and once in 2014 but only to get my toes done. Well today I was unable to get into my normal spot “Nail Care” the best in town by the way and worth the wait and money, but anyway today I was unable to wait I really needed my nails done for a dinner and as you can see what I asked for vs what I got. I did ask numerous of times could “Mike” I believe that’s his name could do it and he said yes but he was so distracted by another irate customer that he couldn’t pay attention to my details and instructions on how I wanted my nails. He began and was rushing slapping the acrylics on my hands and nails and at that moment I was ready to leave but he insisted on making my nails the “right way” the second red flag was when I told him about the shape and length

Michael nicked me 3 times. He RUSHED through doing my nails. I was scared to ask questions because it would take his focus away and he would nick me again. He did an EXTREMELY sloppy job. Didn't clean the polish off of my hands. Polish coat wasn't even. Fast is good, but not at the expense of quality service. Went here out of convenience since it was next to the hair store. Big mistake, I won't be back. Wish I could give them half a star. Very disappointed because they seem nice.

My mom, niece & I just went here & absolutely love our nails!! They are extremely nice & so talented!! Will definitely be going back!
