I recently attended a wonderful class on "Putting The Breathe to Work", presented by Arya Donahue. It was excellent! I had previousuly attended one of Arya's breath classes in Wilmington, NC, and was happy to travel 4 hours to attend one in Lewisville. I have had serious physical and emotional trauma, as many people have, and I have experienced many traditional and several alternative healing modalities; Arya's expertise on breath work is superior. She is certified in numerous modalities and has decades of professional training, teaching and presentation. Her voice was steady, clear and audible to all, sooo important! Lewisville Collective and Wellness is an amazing institution that focuses not just the body but on the soul as well. All of the instructors and therapist I have met there have been incredibly kind and professional. I have had several excellent sessions with Massage Therapist Michael Lang. I had sought therapy for chronic low back pain. Michael listened patiently to my concerns, he explained his background and practice of both East and West therapy knowledge and experience. His kindness and patience helped to ease my apprehensions. His approach to the therapy sessions has provided a renewed sense of wellness for me along with an improvement to my structural alignment. I get massages regularly and have my whole life. Recently my therapist wasn’t doing massage anymore so I didn’t have my place anymore to go regularly. I sent an employee here twice when he had issues with hand and foot pain and he loved it! Let me tell you, I came for myself and got a massage with Raven! Hands down THE BEST massage work I’ve ever had and I mean that!!! The bed was super comfortable and made it easy to relax and not be tense! I loved the waterfall in the room too it’s so nice to hear! The music was great, she communicated so well about pressure, areas to avoid, any needs and more! When you face up she covered my eyes with a nice wash cloth with a very pleasant and natural and not too strong essential oil that was refreshing for the sinuses! What a hands down absolutely exce

I received a 90 min therapeutic massage from Tracy Girouard. It was one of the best massages I have ever received. She was very mindful of my left knee and left shoulder using red light therapy. She also provided a reiki healing. An unbelievable experience. Thank you.

Lewisville Wellness Collective is a treasure to have in Lewisville. I love this place so much. Everything from the historic building, the owner and staff are wonderful, the atmosphere is great, and it’s a small business that actually cares about the health of its clients over pushing sales. Massage therapy here is a personalized experience tailored to my individual needs. Raven does brilliant work, clearly displaying a lot of experience in what she is doing. I moved 45 minutes away and still came back to Lewisville Wellness collective for a massage; I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
