I’m 72 years old, and although in very good health, I’ve had a bad back since I was 17. As well, I’ve developed a new series or aches and hurt muscles since I began indoor rock climbing 6 months ago. I went for a series of sessions with Katie, and I can say without reservation that the body work, suggested exercises, and encouragement I received from Katie all were a great help. I always left the sessions feeling better, being energized, and having a much greater range of motion. More importantly, that progress continued after the sessions and continues today. After rupturing my Achilles tendon, I went through surgery and extensive physical therapy that lasted months, however I continued to experience pain and imbalance throughout my body. It was around this time I was introduced to Soma. After just one session with Katie, I knew I wanted to go through the full series. It was a great supplement to my rehabilitation and helped me get back to my normal life. Soma is something I believe everyone should experience at least once in their life and Katie opened my eyes to that. I wish I knew about Katie sooner! I tend to be fairly active outside, do CrossFit routinely, but also work in front of a computer for most of the day. Mobility has always been a tough area for me and I thought a bit of pain in my legs and back was normal at this point. Literally, during the session, I could feel parts of my body loosen up and start to move in ways that haven't in years. Afterward, just going to put on my shoes I tend to take it slow but had to do the movement multiple times because it was so easy now. Looking forward to going through the series!

Katie's practice changed my life. Decade old shoulder pain went away after 6 sessions. I finished the course (11 total) and it transformed my body. Cannot recommend her enough. 5 solid stars!!!
