David consistently gives me immaculate manicures! I get the dip + tip and they look stunning each time! Snow gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had! A deluxe + gel! Her massage put me to sleep!

I do not recommend going here. My friend and I called at 11:30 and asked if we could come in that day and they said to come at 3. it seems like they told too many people to come at 3 because many people came in the same time we did and we had to wait 20 minutes before sitting down. One girl had been sitting for so long after her pedicure that she asked, “is anyone going to do my nails?” My friend paid for gel removal and sat there and essentially took it all off herself, she was given a bowl and was told to “scrub”. (she also sat there “scrubbing” her own nails for 20 minutes) The short conversation we had with the owner wasn’t great, she wasn’t listening to what we were supposed to get done, waved us off and walked away. Wasn’t until I got home that I noticed the polish wasn’t even covering my whole nail. Had dip done with cat eye finish… nails were cut significantly shorter than I wanted them to be and asking to Lee my existing nail shape that I walked in with seemed to be a struggle. I asked for coffin and they are only squared off.

I asked acrylic nails with gel polish and a french tip on each nail. It was my first time getting acrylic nails and I am thoroughly disappointed. There were bubbles in the gel polish they used and they were not able to get the tip of my extensions properly and as a result it was completely translucent there. Secondly, they did no prep at all for my nails but still charged an additional $5 charge for the manicure aspect. I left with the peeling cuticles I came in with. This little prep work meant that my acrylic nails started popping off 10 days after getting them. I’ve been here before for gel nails that lasted longer but their acrylic services were not great at all. I regret spending $70 with tip for nails that didn’t even last as a result of their shoddy nail prep.

Words cannot describe how impressed I was today with Lena's work. All of the techs were extremely patient and so kind! They fit me in even thought it was an hour till close, I wanted a difficult design but they said it was not a problem!! I was originally supposed to go to JL Nail, who I had an appointment with, and was going to charge me $90 ALONE for the black and white ombre! Luckily, their nail tech was not there. Then I called Lena's Nails Spa and they said come on in! Lena got to work, and created, by far, my most favored set. She truly took her time, and checked in with me about the size, shape, and design. I get my nails done like clock work, and this by far is my FAVORITE set. I refuse to go anywhere else, besides Lena's for my nails!!! My total was $77, I tipped Lena $70 for h
