This place is a hidden gem. Great resource for classes on the 'how to' in the trades category. With membership access to shop/industrial/crafting equipment that a majority of people couldn't afford or store, you can make some cool stuff. Do the workshops, It's fun.

The Makerspace is a great resource for people who are creative and want to get things done. With a day pass or membership here, you have access to all the tools in a wood shop, metal shop, electronics lab, and automotive bay. You also join a community of makers who are often on site to help answer questions or brainstorm solutions. This represents a great value for your membership dollar. The Makerspace also offers classes to introduce you to new creative pursuits or deepen your knowledge in them. For more enterprising people, the space rents permanent work space and long term project storage space. You could build a business here without finding your own building or buying expensive tools. Nice people, and lots of tools. Open Hack Night, Fridays 6-8 are a good time for people to visit and learn more about the place, or bring your own project and use some of the tools. There is a wide selection of tools for working with wood, some for machining, and some tech stuff (soldering stations, a couple 3d printers).
