Top-shelf experience from start to finish. Torrey was very professional, took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and absolutely delivered. The cut was sharp, clean, and exceeded expectations. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I had been having a hard time finding a good barber who was even willing to cut my 3 year olds hair. The main issues with other barbers were that they were not understanding that he is 3 and will not sit still for long and they were very slow. Torrey did awesome with my son. He was very fast and gave my son the best haircut he's ever had. He focused on what he was doing without having side convos and made sure I was ok with how the cut was going. My expectations were very low because of the past experiences I've had at other shops but Torrey definitely raised the bar. (I did take precautions and book as a sensory haircut and booked during less busy hours)

Before I go into my experience I need to state that I am a real person with a real profile since they like to discredit bad reviews by calling them fake accounts. Today was absolutely the most unprofessional and embarrassing customer service I have ever had. My wife and I showed up for our 2 year old sons 9:30am haircut appointment with Torrey B and not even 30 seconds in he was refusing service because my son pulled away from the cape. Torrey B told us that if my 2 year old wasn't going to be still he wasn't going to cut his hair because he had other appointments. Mind you my son has mild autism so we are fully aware that he is a difficult haircut but we have had our son's hair cut at Legends two times already because of how patient the other barbers were with him. We even make it a point

My husband and I took our 23 month old grandson there on 2 occasions. I am not sure who cut his hair each time but it was 2 different gentleman. Both were accommodating and kind. Our grandson had never had his hair cut before and understandably was not happy. He did not scream but he definitely fidgeted and shook his head. As any parent who has experienced this, we held him down gave him a phone to watch cartoons and we got through it with patience, kindness and grace. Today, my daughter and son inlaw took River for his 3rd ever cut. Its a Saturday for reference. The baby wasnt even in the chair good before Torrey B. began to come up with one excuse after another as to why he couldnt cut his hair due to him fidgeting, fussing, and squirming. Always do an amazing job on all of ny children’s hair. They are patient and great with kids. They go above and beyond to make my sons comfortable and to me as well.
