Lee Beauty Supply 8 Mile Gratiot NEW

I purchased two blow dryer combs from this location and they refused to take them back after they did not fit my blow dryer and also went as far as to tell me that I broke them again if they did not fit my blow dryer and I came to exchange them. I was refused to exchange as Black people. We should unite together to stop shopping at Stores that infiltrate our communities and actually live off of our dollar and then allow them to have the right to tell you what you’re not going to refund or choose or pick and choose what they’re going to refund absolutely not.. I am tired of purchasing cheap products, overpriced, and then being refused. Any type of service after the quality does not match up with the need..

Please come with your wallets. Place is high for the products that they have. Like there scrub sets are $30. Too high for me. An the hair is ok but what the turn off is there is no pricing on 85 percent of the store so I had to ask the front counter over an over for pricing an that slowed up the store. So again be prepared for asking lots of questions on prices an I never got help on the wig side so again be prepared too walk around an help yourself.

ATTENTION!! It's now a LEE Beauty. LEE BEAUTY feels like this is black-owned... We were just @ Super Kelly but the prices were still overpriced WITH the "discount". Plus the Customer Service was lacking & slow so we went NEXT DOOR to LEES. The build out is newer, cleaner, and service is much, much better.... Super Kelly might be going down since they moved out...they don't care about this location anymore..anyone else!?? 5 stars..quick and friendly service..WAY CHEAPER & NICER for 8 mile
