David is a very talented barber! If you are in Eastpointe or on the east side and looking for a barber I recommend that you give David at Fades & Shaves a try! Haircut with a straight razor is $42. I used to go to Bo Rics (now SuperCuts) and they charge $29 for a haircut, and they are just ‘stylists’ with beauty license. David is an actual licensed barber with the old school straight razor! (Which is what I was looking for!) He uses an online scheduling system called Booksy that will charge you half when you book (then you pay the other half after your cut at the shop) so be sure that you click on the link here on Google to book your appointment! Super easy!

Charged 25$ for a kids taper on my sons locs a very small section. when I got home noticed he charged my card for 30$. I have never payed more than 15 to 20$ for a kids taper won’t be back

So I'm very picking about my hair and so is my son. Our main barber passed away after 20 years of cutting my hair and 10years for my son. Our back up barber closed shop because of covid. Been looking for a new barber and today we found him! Super down to earth great guy and a even better barber. I appreciate you taking the time to ask my son exactly what he wanted. Also the confidence you had with how long his hair was! He and myself and his mom could not be happier with his cut! Thank you for what you do. You're craft is not easy and in a world of imposters it's hard to find a good baber. And you sir are the real deal! We will only be going to this barber shop from here on out! Went here for the first time today and the cut definitely exceeded my expectations, Pierre was the barber and he did a fantastic job as he was kind, professional, and knows how to cut a quality fade. (Not to mention a decent playlist of music in my opinion) Overall prices are on the higher side but you definitely get what you pay for here so for those reasons I will definitely be back.

My appointment is at 11:30a.m. it's 11:42 no reason for me to be still waiting. Doug slow
