Wanted to schedule an appointment with Yolanda but I couldn’t I had to schedule 2 weeks later on her scheduling app. On the app I was charged a 25 dollars deposit which said if you are late your appointment will be canceled. When I arrived Yolanda was not there. So I waited. She walked in about 15 minutes later. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a.m. When she first walked in she gave me a dry hello and walked away also saying I will be with you in a moment but I’m not even sure if she was talking to me. About 11:45 I finally get up to ask if there is a restroom just to see that Yolanda started on someone else head. She didn’t even tell me and my appointment was scheduled at 11 a.m . So after I used restroom (about Noon) I just walked out. My total due for my style was $165 and after

Styles By Yolanda is a professional and welcoming salon. I have been going to Yolanda for years and I have always been satisfied, not only do she do my hair she hook my eyebrows up too. #THECOLDEST

Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Yolanda was very professional and my hair was beautiful just what i asked for. I will most definitely make another appointment soon.

Don't worry about tipping Yolanda. She doesn't tip food delivery from 13 and Gratiot. Shame not tipping when you yourself are in the service industry. Bad form. 👎
