Do not buy from this company! I bought a booster seat & have been trying to return it for a month! I bought it through Amazon & they don’t cover shipping back to the warehouse….even though it was free shipping through prime! So to get my $20 back I have to pay $15 to ship it back. Doesn’t make any sense! I will spread the word to my beauty pro contacts because that is ridiculous

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a facial steamer in November 2022 for my esthetic business that I started February 2023. The steamer has several cracks in the arm after only a few months of use. I have been in this industry using facial steamers for 8 years and have never had a steamer break in such a short amount of time. I reached out to the company to ask if they can replace the arm under warranty because it certainly hasn’t been a year. Colleen replied after a few days and says the arm is not covered under warranty but I can order replacement parts through them. Absolutely not. I should not have to replace a part on my brand new steamer after only a few months of use!!! They do not stand by their products because they know they are horrible quality. Purchased Mag light and steamer in 2020 Within weeks of using it, the magnifying light got cloudy in a small area. Within a couple of months, I could not see through 3/4 of the light. I emailed to tell them they wanted to charge me more than 1/2 price of product to ship it back - on top of paying to ship it there. Since then the plastic on the steamer cracked. I take great care of my equipment but this didn’t seem to matter It took so long to write a review because I had a difficult time figuring out where to write it. I am now in a quest for a new one and found this review site.

I wish I could give LCL seven stars! I have been buying facial machines and other spa equipments from them from 2012. Excellent quality and excellent customer service. I would 💯 recommend LCL to all my students and other Esthetician friends. Thank you 😊

I recently purchased a machine from lcl beauty and I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. The machine arrived faulty and didn't work as advertised. When I reached out to their customer service for assistance, I was met with unhelpful and rude responses. They showed no sense of urgency or willingness to resolve the issue. It has been a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere!
