I do not recommend! Jenna ruined my hair and now it’s fried & my curls are gone! I texted her about it and she’s ignoring me! She did not do what I asked her to do, and I’m heartbroken because she ruined my perfect curls. I have been trying to get a hold of her for the past 2 weeks and she’s quite literally ignoring me! The first 2 pics of me in the grey sweatshirt are from when she did my hair….and the last 2 are from today (I had to put brown hair dye on to fix the mess) I got my hair done by her on Dec 22nd and texted her 2 weeks ago and have been sending texts to her since then, but still haven’t gotten a response…..*she also kept complaining about how her husband is cheating on her, but she has no proof…this was my first time meeting her btw*

I love Jenna Marie Salon!!! Jenna is so friendly, I felt so welcome. I was VERY overdue for a haircut, and I booked a day before the service. I showed her inspo pics of what I wanted, and she was great with communicating with me before and during the haircut. It honestly felt like I was getting a haircut done by a friend, and it was my first time meeting her. This will be my new spot! ☺️ Thanks Jenna!

Bri and Jenna are awesome! I love getting my haircut here so much that I drive 30 minutes instead of finding somewhere closer to me. I always get the style I’m looking for (highly recommend having pictures to talk through the plan) but they do a great job talking me through what will be done with my hair color / cut. They’ve been great in any and every journey I’ve embarked on from bangs to getting my hair ready for my wedding to chopping it to shoulder length to growing it back out and needing a low maintenance cut and color. (See hair journey pictured — there’s more but I chose the highlights) On top of that, I had an allergic reaction to one of the products (I have sensitive skin) and it ended up not being major, but Jenna was ready with the full works to get me taken care of! I originally tried to lighten my hair at home and I messed up so bad. Had terrible banding, my hair was different shades of orange, and to top it off my roots where white. I was in need of a major color correction. I found this salon on google as rated high and was hoping that they would be able to fix something and at least blend some of the oranges. Upon entering I was greeted by the ladies and everyone was super inviting, warm, and caring. I had a consultation and she listened to everything, gave me some amazing suggestions and we got started. Because I had a color correction it did take about 5 hours, I was there from about 5pm to 10pm. I was so thankful that they stayed open for me and gave me a haircut as well. I took my daughter in to see Jenna to get her ready for back-to-school, and while it did take a little longer than we expected, the final result was great! Jenna was so sweet and really took the time to make sure everything was just right. My daughter left the salon happy!
