WARNING: Lavish Studio, NOT worth the hassle! I messaged them on Facebook Messenger about rescheduling my appointment on Wednesday because I wasn't feeling well, but they completely IGNORED me. I didn't want to get stuck with a no-show fee, so I drove 36 miles to the studio, arriving ahead of time, only to find out that Liz had already left for the day! Her excuse? That I had asked to reschedule via Facebook. Are you kidding me?! If they had just replied to my message or email, this whole mess could've been avoided. And to add insult to injury, they'd already taken $60 from my card without even having the decency to communicate with me about the situation. Super unprofessional, super disappointing, and super expensive lesson learned. And to make matters worse, when I tried to message them

Incredible work by Leiris! She was super patient as we both tried to match the colors that felt right, we had great convo but also had moments to relax and share in peaceful silence. She really cares and takes pride in her work and it shows 💕❤️ overall such a pleasure!

So unhappy about this place. Been wanting to try the spa and had a perfect opportunity last week to try it with my daughter. Tried to make an appt but the girl had no clue that a regular French tip Mani/Pedi was. Didn't want gel, didn't want acrylics just plain old-fashioned nail polish. Told the girl in the phone that I needed 2 appts but she wasn't understanding what I wanted so I told her I'd have my daughter call to schedule. Well, my daughter texted after the call said she wasn't sure but she thought we had 2 appts but she wasn't sure because the girl doing the scheduling was rude to her. I told her that I'm at the age that I just don't do rude, I called my usual place, pretty nails, to make sure they had 2 openings, booked with them then called the spa back and cancelled. So sad beca
