Lavish Salon & Spa at oakleaf

I absolutely love coming here to get my nails and pedicure done. Lisa is the best. I have experienced great service whenever I come. Most of the times I make my appointment ahead of time, but there are times when I call ahead and they can fit me in according to my schedule. The atmosphere is warm and friendly.

I just had the worst pedicure! He drilled off normal polish instead of taking the time to just use nail polish remover. He only used the callus remover on one heel and I am left with one with peeling skin and cracks and one that is smooth. He used the grater and with it full of dead skin he threw it in the bowl with my legs still in it for a good while longer. I paid extra for the hot stones and they were cold from the very beginning. The lotion he used was remains from someone previous and there was hardly any he could squeeze out for my second leg. He used gel when I never asked for gel and that added $20 to my already terrible service! And the polish job is absolutely terrible! There are pools of clear coat on the sides of my toes. I am so angry I just paid $70 to still need a pedicure!

I had such a wonderful experience getting my nails done .The salon was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a relaxing vibe that made me feel instantly comfortable. Mrs .Ann was incredibly talented—she paid close attention to detail, shaped my nails perfectly, and the polish application was absolutely flawless. I showed her a photo for inspiration, and she recreated the design better than I could have imagined. My first time coming here and I had the best experience possible ☺️

I'll start by saying I'm going to give them another chance because I so want to love this place. The overall vibe, set up and cleanliness is super inviting. Before I get to the reason why I'm giving them 3 stars I'll start with what I really liked. The pedicure was amazing, the massage was A1 and the person doing it took her time, which is a major plus. Now when it came to my gel manicure that's where it went awry. The soak off/drill of the gel nails was easy but the lady was way too heavy handed with the cuticle nipper and took a decent chunk from my thumb cuticle...cue the blood. She tried to use antiseptic and glue but it was bad. Again I'm going to give them another chance, I know it was an accident so we'll see. Decently priced and in a good location.

I only give a 1 because 0 wasnt an option. Had a refill and deluxe pedicure here today and nail tech Jessica was rude, nasty, disgusting and dirty from the start. She had the worse attitude and customer service. Was on the phone with "juice about Atlanta, birthday, work, etc." She wasn't paying attention and started filing my nails uneven and sharp ends. I gently asked her to round the ends and flat top and she sighed and continued as if she didn't hear me and then abruptly shifts my nails and said "is this okay " as she rolled her eyes. She also asked if i wanted cut down and I said no just file she charged me for cut down, to remove polish and repolish when that comes with the service of a refill. My reciept was charged full set.
