I’ve been coming here for years and it’s just gotten worse. It’s like they start being careless when they know you’re a frequent customer. If it’s busy, forget about attention to detail bc they just start rushing to get as many ppl out the door as possible before closing.

They did my nails yesterday they even loved my bike lol they are great nice people going to get my lashes done today and eyebrows

On Friday the 3rd I called the salon, around 645, to ask if they would be able to take me for a basic pedicure- as I knew they closed at 8 and it was cutting it a little close. They had said if I got there soon, then they could take me. I got there at just about 7, and was seated quite quickly which was nice. The woman helping me was initially very sweet, however I noticed her moving very quickly but it was understandable at the time. While using the heel filer, she actually cut the side of my big toe. I didn’t notice at first then she sprayed something and it stung, and I looked down to find a cut/small gouge in my toe. I brushed it off. Then, she rushed to finish my toes (which I had to request a spot be fixed) and brought me over to the waiting area. They did look good when she initiall

Nail tech was very rough with me pulling my arms, filing my finger tips, and squeezing my fingers. He did a mediocre job on my ANC I don’t normally have a problem when I come here, but this gentleman had to have been new or in a bad mood. They just lost a customer.
