Actually 0. I felt sure that my mom was mistaken when she told me she came by this salon to make an appointment and no one ever contacted her. I went by and asked for an appointment. I did not specify anyone. In particular. I was told that I would get a call back and never did. Unfortunately, the score is based on their customer service.

I have been going to this salon for facials for over a year. Suzanne is very professional and is very good at what she does. My skin always feels wonderful after her treatments. It is a great way to relax and get pampered for an hour. I look forward to my monthly appointments.

I've had many facials in the past 30 years, but have never had the reaction that I had after my facial at LaVa Salon & Spa. I provided the aesthetician information about the type of skin care products that I currently used, including Zo medical skin care products. These products contain medical-grade ingredients, including retinol and glycolic acids that can make your skin more sensitive to other treatments. Knowing this information, she should have been more cautious in the types of products she used during the facial.
