If you are looking for THE BEST customer service, this place is it. I went in with a lash emergency, I had glue all over my lashes from me trying to put on extensions myself I could not get off for the life of me. My eye was starting to swell so I went in to see if they could help. They were SO amazing!!! Not only did the owner herself spend 2.5 hours getting it off, they weren’t even going to charge me for it in the end. All the staff was so kind and caring. If you want your lashes done go here! You won’t regret it!

The place has gone down hill They can't keep good artists.I did really like this lash studio. The products they use are good quality although I had quite a bit of problems with the retention of my lashes. I will say Kristin is amazing. She has very limited hours but she is an actual artist. Ena did a good job also but is out on maternity leave. Every time you turn around they are upping their prices and wanting you to pay for a full set. I had the worst lash experience I've ever had with Alexa.
