The Only Facial Midvale

WOW! I have had a number of facials and Cassandra surpassed all of them by a long shot. She was clean, knowledgeable, tentative, and informative. She explained each step of the facial clearly and customized the facial to exactly what my skin needed. I greatly appreciated that she gave me recommendations of products to try without trying to upsell me expensive products. She even sent me links for those products to ensure I was able to find exactly what she recommended. Cassandra has earned herself a new return client!!

I cannot recommend Mason enough! I’m currently on my fourth treatment, and the transformation in my skin has been incredible. Mason has thoughtfully and gradually worked up my chemical peels in a way that feels safe, intentional, and tailored specifically to my skin’s needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything — what he’s doing, why he’s doing it, and how I should care for my skin afterward. He listens carefully to my concerns and helps me make informed decisions about the products I should use after and next steps I should take for my skin health. On top of that, his calm and relaxing energy makes every appointment such a positive experience. I truly feel cared for, and my skin has never looked better. Five stars all the way!

Cassandra was absolutely fabulous! I haven’t had many facials before, so she eased me in with a less intense peel, which I really appreciated. I love that each facial is custom tailored to your skin’s needs but follows their 12 step process. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed with my skin looking and feeling amazing. Other things I loved about The Only Facial: their space is beautiful and easy to get to, their pricing includes tip, and they don’t upsell products or treatments during your appointment. Instead, they offer thoughtful suggestions for products to use before your next visit. Their team is so friendly and professional. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I had a facial with Mason at The Only Facial two weeks ago, and the experience was honestly so awesome. It was my very first facial, and Mason spent extra time with me, which made such a difference. He was incredibly easy to communicate with, funny, calm, and had such a peaceful presence that immediately put me at ease. I never felt rushed or awkward — just genuinely cared for. I recently got my facial done with Jodi and it was incredible! Jodi was very thorough in her explanations and describing the process. I really appreciated her care and knowledge because this was my first ever facial. As a whole, the eleven step facial feels like you're getting your money's worth and nothing is left out!
