Lash and Company Med Spa - Lakewood

My lash, lift, and tint appointment was canceled just five minutes before by text because she said they were out of lift solution. As a busy parent juggling work and family responsibilities, I need a salon that’s reliable and communicates clearly. I hope this is improved for future clients.

I’m so frustrated with this particular location, the owner is operating under unethical illegal practices. I booked a service that I never received. After trying to reach them (Lash and company) over the phone which by the way they never answered. The service I booked wasn’t the right one. I paid a $50 deposit and it was never returned. The owner never gave me a call to make this right. I was told she’s the only one who can give my deposit back. After I reached out to the lash tech and told her I never received a phone call about my deposit and how I’ve call everyday, she mentioned the owner has basically left this company unattended and have stopped responding to her own employees and customers. She also stated this owner took the phone to the office that’s why no one can answer any quest

Fabiola was awesome! She not only did amazing on my lashes but she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Very easy to talk to as well!m

I’ve come twice before to get my lash lifts and this third time I came to get them done with Lexi Pierce. I absolutely love the way she did my lashes they look so gorgeous. The whole appointment itself was fun and enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back and get em done again with her!

Lexi Pierce is incredible! She's so easy to talk to & explains the process as she goes. My lashes last & look great every time! She is so good at what she does, not to mention flexible with her time. I would definitely recommend her to anyone for their beauty needs!
