L'amour Nails

I didn’t have an appointment scheduled but I was able to walk in and get them done pretty quickly! The girl I had was very detailed and everyone was super friendly and welcoming. They did my five year old little sisters nails for free and she was on cloud 9! UPDATE: I went a second time and had a different nail tech and she didn’t trim or oil my cuticles after the manicure or trim or file/shape my toe nails or finger nails at all. The lighting is pretty low so I didn’t realize how many specks of red nail polish she had left on from my previous manicure. She tried to file it all off but there was a lot of little red specks left over afterwards and I’m not sure why she didn’t just rub it off with acetone to completely remove it before putting the new nude glitter polish over it, but all of

Beautiful clean nail salon with amazing work! They always make sure that you receive the best quality service and leave loving your nails! They offer a variety of services including acrylic nails, builder gel, luminary, gel nails, & waxing services also!! They also offer hair and scalp treatments which feel amazing! Excellent customer service, feel leaving pampered and a new person. They have amazing pedicures, they take their time with every step. They also offer artwork and can do basically anything you ask for. Just bring in a picture! Highly recommend this salon for anyone that wants quality work, a relaxing experience and pretty nails:)

I had my nails done here a few months ago by Tom and he was amazing. His work was beautiful and the experience was great, which is why I decided to come back. A few days ago I went in for a fill, and unfortunately the experience was far from relaxing. The technician who did my nails (an older Asian woman) immediately began criticizing the person who had previously done my nails. She went on for quite a while about how “messed up” and “ugly” they looked, which made the appointment uncomfortable from the start. I also have a condition that causes my fingers to tense up involuntarily. While she kept telling me to relax, she became visibly irritated when my fingers wouldn’t fully relax, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Walked in and was able to get two pedicures quickly. The service was quality, the staff were so friendly, and the atmosphere was calming. Elise and Tom were precise and valued our experience. We will be returning in the future!

That was the best pedicure I have EVER had!! The environment was amazing with such soothing ambience and the massage chairs were so comfortable. They made sure that we were comfortable throughout our visit, always communicating everything that they were doing. They had so many different gel polishes to choose from that it was hard to make a decision, so I guess I have to come back to try more. Oh, and don't let me forget... they have no hidden fees at all! Everything is included in the price of the pedicure; gel polish (application AND removal), sugar scrub, etc. All of that aside, this was by far the best customer service interaction I have ever had - not just from a nail salon, but from anywhere!
