Heidi is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, which immediately builds trust and confidence in her work. The head spa experience was amazing — deeply relaxing and incredibly rejuvenating. It was the perfect way to unwind and truly reset. The esthetician(Heidi) explained every step with care, and my skin has never felt so hydrated and radiant! I left with a natural glow that lasted for days. this is the biggest hidden gem in riverview. the girl who runs the place is so kind and you can actually tell she cares for her clients, i had some wrinkles i wasn’t happy with and she introduced me to a treatment called the switch. she explained everything to me and took time making sure i understood every little detail of the process and my treatment over the course of a few months. i have seen gradual results with my skin and everything is working out exactly as she said. it’s not the kind of place where they sell you just to make money, she wants to make sure you’re happy and that you’re aware of the realistic results you will get.

I can’t boast enough about how refreshing it is to have such beautiful spa added to the Riverview area! I received the most relaxing facial from Jenna! She was very attentive and knew exactly how to treat my sensitive skin. She also made sure to use safe products for my pregnancy and recommended a regimen to use during postpartum/breast feeding. Overall, a wonderful experience that will have me coming back again and again!

I was surprised how mature she is at only 18 years old! I did the salt room and infared sauna. The sauna felt so good and the eucalyptus cold face towel after was a nice ending after the sauna. My skin felt nice and my mood felt boosted.
