Lake Grove Barber & Beauty Salon

I did a walk in appointment with Daniella today and she was amazing! I asked for a scissors cut all around and she knocked it out of the park! She’s very nice and a great communicator. The salon itself is very clean and modern. Well worth the money I paid. I will be back again!

My four-year-old son got his haircut today by Georgina. She was very friendly and possibly too friendly. She was very nice and she did a good job on the haircut. But what rubbed me the wrong way was that as soon as we walked in, for meeting my son the first time she gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheek and then when we were leaving after I booked a next appointment with her, she picked him up without my permission and was holding him for a little way too long and giving him a hug and kiss on the cheek, almost as if he was a relative of hers I personally found it uncomfortable. A handshake or high five would have been more appropriate. If it was not for that I would give 5 stars. Met Francisco the owner he was nice. Not sure yet if we will go back.

Just got a haircut here and I couldn’t be happier! The barber did an amazing job—clean fade, sharp lines, and exactly what I asked for. The vibe in the shop was chill and everyone was super friendly. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. Definitely my new go-to spot for haircuts

Been going to this shop for several years prices have been completive with other Barber shops in the area and its always empty never seen more the one customer in a chair and that’s was rare. I go in there when in a rush never got a great haircut just ok. Two weeks ago i was told the price went up from $25 to $27 this was higher than any other Barber in area. Yesterday just two weeks later I go in sit in chair got my haircut and again not a great cut. I go to pay and was told there is a new price, I say a new new price and she said yes it’s now $35 !!!! I was shocked and was outraged. There are no prices list anywhere , if I knew this when walking in the door I would have left. A 30% increase and way higher than any other shop. I wear my hair very short and with a buzzer it takes 10 minute

I got my beard and the top of my head cut. ny wife told me, "You look great!" When I got home. My normal cuts don't usually get a reaction from her but this one did.
