He listened carefully to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and delivered a super clean, sharp cut. Chill atmosphere, professional service, and no rushing. Mac has been the only barber to cut my hair for years now. He’s got great attention to detail and takes the time to get the cut right. The service is always consistent, and he’s very reasonably priced. If you need a reliable barber, go see Mac.

Lakay's Barbershop is a gem in the middle of North Beach! If you are in the area you should come experience a proper haircut! I came in on a Sat 3pm and I got a parking space in front of the shop so it was very easy. My appointment was with Mac and I was sat on a comfortable barbershop chair. Told Mac how I wanted my haircut and he immediately acknowledged and made some suggestions. He masterfully started with my fade and got my hair trimmed perfectly as I described. Mac then adjusted the seat and I was given a hot towel with herbal scent. He gently placed it on my face. He also grabbed a massage gun and had massaged my shoulders and the back of my head. He took the towel off from my face and proceeded to do my line up using a proper blade. I remembered this was the authentic way we got

I was walking down the street when this place caught my attention, so I decided to stop in for a haircut. I received amazing hospitality from Harold and Mac. It’s an incredible spot where the service is truly exceptional. I would definitely come back again.
