Haircut She gave the appointment at 12-12:30pm mentioning the latest she can do is at 12:30 and I told her to confirm that time. She even confirmed by liking my message and later if I call her im on way she’s like she’s busy! WTH was that i didn’t get it I already told and request i need it urgent and this what she did. I agree that she does really good service but same time we expect to her to be punctual and stay on word Which actually that she’s not doing

I was told that they knew how to do a fade she did not know what she was doing.I literally had to leave there.With a half haircut to go to another Barbershop, so my head wasn't just all messed up and this is the message I got in return she spoke perfectly English when i talked to her Hello, I'm not answering because I don't speak English. Service was great and exceptional Patricia cut and color my hair. i left so happy with my new look. i recommend this place to everyone.

I asked for a side fade and back trimmed. Woman cutting my hair says ok, I assume we were on the same page or understood each other. She gets her clippers ready, head straight for the back hair, and clipped 4 inches of hair off at once. I jumped, I ask what the heck are you doing? She says “NO”? I said this is not a trim!!!! She replied afterwards with sorry no English. I’m like what the heck!!!! Now no English. SMH! So she had to take more hair off to even it out. I was furious at point. I walked out after she made me look like a clown. I will never go back again and recommend no one else goes. I hate to see someone go through what I went through..

This is my new forever spot! Dolce gave me the BEST fade cut with completely perfect lines and blending all around. Also I am a woman. Muchisimas Gracias a La Vida salon. I am so grateful and I can’t wait to go back. 💙
