DO NOT GO HERE FOR WAXES!! I never in my life have ever left a bad review, but this time it’s a little different. I ignored several red flags coming into this establishment. First off, when i came in i was completely ignored. After about 3-5 minutes, a woman came through the door and it was an employee. I only wanted an eyebrow wax. After waiting for 2 minutes or so, she asked me to come back. The first photo is what i referenced as the shape i wanted. she replied with “we don’t do that here, we only clean up.” I found it a little odd, but i thought okay, whatever. red flag #2. moving on to red flag #3, the wax definitely didn’t feel hot enough, but i thought, “ whatever, she may be using a wax that may not need the usual amount of heat.” no biggie. then came the clean up part, the pluckin

I will NEVER and I mean NEVER go back to this place for any type of service. They were the only shop open at 9:20 am in the area. I am accustomed to pedicures, basic, costing $25 no more than $30. Here, the basic pedicure cost more than a basic manicure being $25 without gel polish. The man who helped me was the only person in the shop and talking on speaker phone to UAB financial services. He not once put any soaking powder in the water which was cold, less lukewarm. He barely trimmed my cuticles and exfoliated the bottom of my feet. He did not clean under my toe nails. When it came time to dry the regular polish I’d chose, I was introduced to miniature fans under the table that did a poor job at drying my wet toenails.
