Gloss Nails Lounge

The gel is so thick on my nails you can’t even see the shape of the nail. My nails aren’t painted fully. I have acrylic over my nail and on my skin. Definitely a waste of $60. I spent $80 in total for a full short set and a gel polish on my toes. -Exactly one week later update. I also had a gel polish change on toes and the polish on my toes are already peels… every knows how hard it is for gel polish on toes to chip or peel away. -

I got a fill and a fix. They were great! Loved the conversation and my nails are awesome! This is my new nail salon!

Very nice people, but I’ve been to this salon three times this month because my nails keep coming off. The first time, they told me the lifting was due to my nail bed growing, which has never been an issue for me before. Instead of arguing, I paid $25 to get the nail redone. Just three days later, another nail popped off — again, not my fault. I don’t do any hard work that would cause them to break. I went back a third time and paid $5 to fix it, even though I really don’t think I should’ve had to pay anything. Now, today, another nail has broken off. It’s frustrating because I really thought I’d found a great salon close to home. The staff is kind, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I now have to go somewhere else and pay to get my entire set redone, and it’s only been a week.

Service was okay. I haven’t had a full set in a long time but decided to get that. The set came out okay, but the nail prep was ridiculous. They failed to sanitize my hand, and clean my nails and cuticles. I literally had to say something to the tech before they got started. Which had already rubbed me the wrong way. Like why would you put a full set on unclean nails. That’s like common sense. Halfway through the set, I get asked if I wanted something to drink. I’m sitting there thinking, “ you should have asked me that before we started, not when we almost done”. Then the tech proceeds to do my nails, then have a moment where they realize they need to get me a drink before they start putting the gel on my Nails. So the nails came out okay, but I didn’t get my hand massage nor any lotio

They got me hooked on one lady doing my pedicure and now she doesn't work there anymore and I'm so sad. I still continue to go bc of the prices and the atmosphere. The shop is beautiful! I just hope one day someone will do my pedicure just as good as the first lady did.
