Lam and Nick are highly professional and talented. Welcoming too. Heather is highly unprofessional. 45 mins late to appt and sent strange text messages to me while I was waiting for her in salon. Fortunately Nick and Lam agreed to do my hair since I had a scheduled event.

My hair girl Mary, just moved to this salon from Anton Salon in Berkely and does the best work on my curly hair, she is an independent contractor and I will follow her wherever she goes! Highly recommend for any hair needs.

DO NOT GO TO LA TOUR FOR LASHES!! SHE DID EVERYTHING WRONG AND UNPROFESSIONALLY. I LEFT WITH PAIN - FEELS LIKE BROKEN GLASS BETWEEN MY EYELIDS. MY EYELIDS ARE SO SWOLLEN. SHE ALSO GAVE ME A TOTALLY DIFFERENT STYLE THAN I ASKED FOR-MADE MY EYES LOOK DROOPY. THEN SHE SAID SHE WOULD FIX IT AND ACTUALLY JANKED GLUED ON LASHES OUT!!! NOOO! THE MANAGER IS A TOTAL JERK, ARGUING, INTERRUPTING ME. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. HAVE TO PAY FOR ANOTHER SALON TO TAKE OFF ALL OF THESE OVER GLUED LASHES. NEVER EVER TRUST THIS SALON.

Very honestly the best eyelash extension service I've ever had! She's a pro! Shelley sets up her space for comfort, is very gentle and so skilled. She has customized my lashes every time and I will always recommend her! Seriously book her!
