I’m gonna give this one star…sorry but they are insanely expensive and the work is pretty but doesn’t hold up…two pedicures and two full nail sets ran me to $320 for my daughter and I. $340 with tip. My sister said that was even outrageous for Boston prices…won’t be going back except maybe to get my nail fixed since I paid $340 on Saturday and they are already chipping…😭♥️

Normally this is my favorite place to get my nails done. They have nice color choices, good quality and fast. The last 2 times I have gone in…. They did not have the appointment I booked and the second took 10:45 to 12:30 to do just a pedicure (that is not done well) and the same tech started my manicure and was clearly was distracted, they left and pawned me off on a coworker. She did her best to finish and be ready for her scheduled appointment. Super disappointed because this place used to be so good. I got them done Friday and by Sunday they are both chipping.there is also a big chunk of gel on my nails. I did gels on both.

My husband and I weee on our way to the beach and took a side detour… BEST decision have to say these ladies are AMAZING! Best pedi I have had in a long time, my fact part is the leg and foot massage and they did not cut corners. Highly recommend which I could leave 10 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Normally we have a good experience at this location but today was a complete upset!! My niece ask for acrylic and regular polish they did the acrylic but gave her gel polish and then argued with her saying she said gel very unprofessional especially after we had an appointment and still waited to be helped and others was put in front of us I received a pedicure and was not all impressed if I spend 140 dollars in a business I should not have to come home and use nail polish remover to fix their mistakes today felt like we was rushed through to get more clients in very disappointed in the services today

La Princesse is always my go-to nail salon in New Bern! They're always able to make appointments to accommodate whether it's just me, my mom and I, or a small group of friends. The technicians are super talented, pay attention to detail, and very kind and friendly! The salon is very large, open, and comfortable, too. There's no one else I would've trusted to do my nails for my wedding!
