La Jolie Nails & Spa

I meant to write this review a long time ago but I love coming here, it's definitely my go-to nail place. When I get my acrylic nails done here, they always do such a clean job so thank you! I'm always super satisfied with the result. I also have really short nails from nail biting (so sorry ) but they always do a great job regardless. Would highly recommend, especially Han and Ann.

I had a really disappointing experience at La Jolie Nail Salon. My nail artist, Kimberly, was extremely rude from the start — very rough on my hands, ignored my requests, and behaved as if she was doing me a favor instead of providing a service I paid for. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but her attitude was completely unprofessional. When I tried to share my concerns with the manager, Harry, he didn’t even bother to listen properly. His only response was a dismissive “thank you” instead of addressing my issue. It felt like they just don’t care about their customers at all. The work was average at best, and the service was terrible. In a service-based business, basic respect and courtesy should come first — but that was totally missing here. Quiet relaxing place! Definitely recomend. Many options for nail sets. From acrylic to the newer T.A.P gel that is healthier than other options. I will be coming back!

Came in to get my eyebrows done and I am extremely unsatisfied. My eyebrows were grown out thick so I asked for an arch and clean up. I specifically said I wanted my eyebrows thinner being that they had grown out so long. She barely took any hair off and when I explained she did the top the same way and just kept plucking away and crooked. My eyebrows are uneven and thick. Then I expressed my dissatisfaction again 3 other people came in and basically said they couldn’t rewax becuase I might burn. Understandable so they sent her in to do the second eye to match the first messed up eyebrow. Didn’t apologize anything I paid for my service and left but I coulda did better myself . I can't express enough how much I love this shop! Everyone is so friendly and do amazing work, especially Andy!!! Andy is the BEST I have ever had do my nails, he is so talented and great at any designs you throw at him!!! Highly HIGHLY recommend this nail salon!!!!
