I’ve been a regular here. They do great work, are kind and welcoming, and have decent prices. I recommend!

I called ahead and asked how much it would be just to get my acrylics removed, and I was told $12. When I got there, I also asked to have my cuticles pushed back, but I never asked for a full manicure. The entire time, the technician seemed rushed and irritated, likely because there was another client waiting behind me. He ended up doing a manicure I didn’t ask for, and while working on my cuticles, he actually clipped my skin and made me bleed. At the end, I was charged $28, which surprised me since I was only expecting the acrylic removal and basic cuticle work. I understand I received more than I asked for, but I didn’t agree to it, and it wasn’t communicated that it would cost extra. It felt like they were just trying to get me in and out quickly to move on to the next client. I lef

wanted medium length clean girl rounded pink nails and got lumpy thick all different shape nails:( $43+ and yes i still tipped $7. guy was nice but seemed rushed and feel like he skipped a few steps. hadnt got my nails done in forever and left said. i was afraid to say anything bc he had a client walk in that was already waiting on him. i wasnt trying to cause problems but left sad inside:(( clean place though. i don’t feel confident. i feel like he didnt even take the time to see that they were bad.

Made me wait for the service even though there were 4 operators and I was the 4th customer. Did not speak to me or attend to my needs..... absolutely no customer service

I took my wife in today and Sonny did a very good job on her. her nails came out exactly what she wanted.
