The customer service is a 10/10. I had a concern with the timing of my appointment and Abbey took the time to contact me after hours to make sure everything was sorted out. If that’s not showing dedication towards their clientele I don’t know what is. Definitely will be returning and recommending to friends and family!! Oh and they always make my hair look beautiful :)

Honestly, all I had was a Consultation. But I loved how they have little suites for each individual stylist instead of a big open area. Ashley was great to talk to, was showing my what she would do to my hair. Asked a lot of good questions. 45 minutes for the consultation and I was happy with what we discussed.

I agree with poor customer service. I can call for 2 weeks and never get a return call. What kind of business does that? Very frustrating! I feel very ignored and unimportant.

In short, this place gives good haircuts but has horrible customer service. THEY WILL NEVER CALL YOU BACK TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT! I’ve tried setting up hair appointments for my girlfriend and I 8 times over the course of 6 months and every time I call I get the same response “we’ll check with our stylists and we will call you back to set an appointment” I’ve successfully got 2 hair cuts from this place over the year and a half that I’ve been here but I have been forced to go to other salons because I never get calls back. I’ve tried multiple avenues to try to get an appointment such as asking for a specific stylist, asking for any stylist, trying to go by myself, going with both my girlfriend and I, and yet I get nothing. I even have the personal cell phone number of one of the stylis

Lindsey did my hair today, she took a lot of time with me, and made sure I loved my hair! She was extremely accommodating and professional. This place rocks!
