La Beaute Nails

i am not one to write bad reviews, but the experience i had deserves a review. i got my nails done, and i had previously made an appointment, so no issues getting in. it took them two hours to finish my nails, and i have been getting ig gel for five years now, and this is unheard of for me. i have gone to many places from new york to pa, and that amount of time was very unusual. it took 40 minutes to even get to the point of reapplying the gel. this was not a full set of uv gel, it was a refill mind you. my nails did not look exceptional when i was finished. i have a square nail shape, so not too much shaping is required. my nails could’ve used another layer of nail polish, you can see my nail underneath. the person doing my nails was not overly nice, not extremely friendly. i did not fee

Aggressive filing led my finger to get cut and start bleeding. Refused to shape my nails the way I requested and did a very amateur job at applying tips. Nails are very bulky and not filed properly on the sides giving an unnatural look to the tips.

I hate leaving this review, as this used to be my go-to spot. Since management changed it just has really suffered in my opinion. I leave this review not to be bitter but to help facilitate a change, as I want it to do well again. I have given it multiple tries in hopes that I was wrong. The last time, however, I noticed basically all the regular nail polish was old and had very little polish left. It made it hard to choose one. The one I chose was so old I guess that when I bought the same color later to fix one of the nails (that completely peeled off in one whole sheet because the clear coat was so thick and goopy) the color of my new polish looked completely different but was the same name. I had a few nails that the polish just shriveled up and warped and then that happened. I am lit

I’ve tried many different nails salons and this one definitely outstads all. The employees really work hard to please their costumers

My dip job was done horribly. It took over 2 hours for them to do my nails. Lady was so rough and was hurting me. When my nails were finally done, she had me dry the top coat under a small fan. The top coat completely dripped down and my nails were fully bumpy. This already made me never want to come here again. Now, less than a week later 3 of my nails are completely chipped and cracked. I will never be coming back here again.
